You’ll attend classes from our downtown Wichita facility, situated alongside the Arkansas River. Historic Riverside Park provides a gorgeous backdrop during your class breaks.
Classrooms are designed to provide a comfortable, enriching learning environment. Class sizes are small and intimate, with an average of 6-12 students per class. This maximizes time spent one-on-one with your instructor, addressing your specific needs.
All you need to bring is yourself and a desire to learn. We’ll provide everything else: a workstation for completing hands-on exercises, an instructional manual to use in class and keep for reference purposes, and stationery aids (pencil, paper, highlighters). We also provide public Wi-Fi access for your personal devices.
When you arrive, our friendly staff will welcome you at the front desk, show you around the facility, and direct you to the appropriate classroom. Classes begin at 8:30 a.m. each day, and usually end around 4:00 p.m. Breaks are typically at 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., and we provide brain food during those breaks: coffee, tea, water, and snacks.
You will have a one-hour lunch break, usually 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Located downtown, there are plenty of great lunch options in the neighborhood. Sweet Ally B's is a short walk across the parking lot. Other nearby favorites are The Artichoke, Saigon, Molino's, Picasso's Pizza, and Bite Me BBQ. (Bonus: We can provide you with a discount coupon redeemable at any of these locations.)

How do I enroll? If you have questions about a class or just prefer communicating with a real, live person, we’re here to help you through the registration process by phone or email. Please contact us for personal assistance with your enrollment. In addition, you may also enroll online for any course. Simply choose the course(s) that you’d like to attend in the course catalog, or class schedule , and click “Register Now” next to your chosen course date.
We are a privately held training company, therefore cannot issue college credit for classes. However, most college institutions will recognize the time you spend in professional development training as credit. Therefore at the conclusion of each course we provide students with a Certificate of Completion, and can provide a transcript of classes attended upon request. Presenting these two items to your college advisor will usually result in earning an amount of credit.
We promote a comfortable learning environment for our students, therefore casual attire is absolutley acceptable for your comfort.
Currently, all of our public training is scheduled Monday - Friday from 8:30am-4:00pm. However Private Team Training can be scheduled over weekends and evenings.
Yes! A 10% discount is earned when a customer enrolls into 3-classes, or enrolls 3-individuals. In addition, one of the most popular options customers choose to earn discounts is to become a pre-paid Voucher Member with ExecuTrain, which allows them the opportunity to invest in a training account for their team, department, or company upfront and withdraw from those funds as they need training.
Business Applications Training – We require 6 business days notice prior to the first day of class to issue a full refund. Within 5 business days no refunds will be issued but with proper notification you can use the funds to take a class in the future.
Technical Training – We require 15 business days prior to the first day of class to issue a full refund. Within 14 business days no refunds will be issued but with proper notification you can use the funds to take a class in the future.
